Bill’s successful litigation includes numerous cases involving settlements or awards of $100,000-$1 million and several of $1 million or more. In addition to a very active law practice, Bill’s career includes previously owning and operating several businesses, including The New Albany Gazette (1969-1979) and The Tallahatchie Broadcasting Corporation (1979-1983). He is part owner of Rutledge Printing and is also involved in developing commercial properties.
Bill and his wife, Gayle, have seven sons and reside on a farm outside New Albany.
